PRICING

Each Account will receive one copy of our Titus Catalogue and Rosemount Catalogue, along with a full up to date price list. We have taken our due diligence in preparing our price list, and ensuring it is without mistake. All prices are subject to change without notice, so please feel free to phone/e-mail us at any time to confirm and ask any questions you may have.

Credit: Credit terms are available via inquiry. Please call (416) 663-0600 or email accounts@titusfurniture.ca to see whether you qualify for extended terms.

Other: All orders must be paid either by cash or cash instrument – money order, bank cheques, wire transfer, direct deposit, or credit/debit card. All cheque information must match the business name and address on the account. Cheques will be verified by Titus Furniture Ltd. before orders are shipped.


SHIPPING

Please check with us for specific details on availability of shipping. We will ship on a carrier of your choice or one with which we have an agreement. All shipments are FOB our warehouse; shipped freight prepaid (carrier of Titus Furniture’s choice) or collect (carrier of client’s choice). All orders for delivery must be a minimum of $250 for the Greater Toronto area. Orders must be received by 12:00pm EST the day prior to your scheduled delivery day. All orders are based on a first come first serve basis. Pick up is always available and no minimum is required.


RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Please contact our service department for Missing or Defective Parts. No-Charge Replacement parts will be sent to resolve all service issues. Credits will be issued only after the merchandise has been returned to Titus’ warehouse. In case of Minor Problem – Scratch, Dent, Finish Flaw etc. we ask to be informed. A mutually agreed discount to sell “As-Is” may be given with a corresponding authorization number. No Charge-back, return or deduction claim will be accepted without a Titus Authorization Number. No Claims will be accepted for floor samples or merchandise after it is placed in the customer’s home, unless it was an original manufacturers’ defect. All claims must be made within 30 Days of receipt of goods.


RETURNED AND NSF CHEQUES

All returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 service fee. The account will be placed on hold until the returned cheque has been paid by either certified cheque, cash or money order. After receiving an NSF cheque, your account will be placed on a COD basis for the next 6 (six) purchases, with payments by certified cheque, cash, or money orders. (Please note: there are no discounts allowed on these purchases) If a cheque has been returned in error, by your bank, a letter from your bank is required before we will again honour your cheques.


CUSTOM ROSEMOUNT ORDERS

For any Customized Rosemount orders, please refer to the Quote # issued from the head office. In order to obtain a quote, please contact orders@titusfurniture.ca with full specs/sizes and an image or preliminary sketch. Custom Orders have a no return policy, and require a 50% deposit.

All efforts have been made to present correct images, descriptions, sizing and pricing for the items enclosed.
In the event of an error in pricing, or a pricing change, customers will be notified of the new price at the time of invoicing.
